A Note About Refunds

Because every box is a surprise, all purchases are final. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We promise, though, that each box is filled with care and designed to spark excitement.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to enjoy every item! If something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll happily review the situation and provide a replacement or refund for that specific item.

Shipping

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
